GBU-31A

The Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) is a guidance kit that converts unguided bombs, or "dumb bombs", into all-weather precision-guided munitions. The JDAM was meant to improve upon laser-guided bomb and imaging infrared technology, which can be hindered by bad ground and weather conditions.

• Move the Target Designator on the HUD, over the desired target

• Designate the target (press HOTAS TCD Depress)

Note: At this point the Target Designator on the HUD becomes ground stabilized

• Continue to refine the target coordinates with the target designator

• Release / pickle the JDAM

H GBU31 από τα default settings θέλει αλλαγή το fuze από AIR σε GND

To GND DLY δε δουλεύει στο DCS

Όταν έχω φορτωμένες GBU31A και GBU31B και ρίξω τη μία βόμβα για να ρίξω και την άλλη πρέπει να κάνω αλλαγή από το SMS page.

Αν γίνει OverG (>6.5G) το F-16 με A-G loadout, τα GPS όπλα φρικάρουν και χάνουν το στόχο. [?]

Προσοχή κατά το raid το Steerpoint progression να είναι στο Manual. Αν είναι στο Auto όταν περάσουμε το στόχο το TGP μπορεί να πάει στο επόμενο steerpoint και να μπερδέψει τα πράγματα.
