Manual Pitch Override

No need to use MPO unless you are in a flat spin or deep stall. 

Current MPO is not providing control over the tail unless you're already in the deep stall condition. In the normal AOA range it has no effect. In reality MPO functions at all AOA. So it works to get you out of a deep stall but you can't test it unless you get into a deep stall.
